Before we start.
How much does it cost?
The published starting prices are below the services section: Windows from 30 GEL, diagnostics 20 GEL, and software cleanup from 25 GEL. The exact quote depends on the device and task. If you go ahead with the work, the diagnostic fee is included in the agreed total. Parts, licences and data migration are extra, only by agreement.
Can you come to my home?
Yes, by appointment in Batumi. Home visits start at 45 GEL in total, including diagnosis and up to 60 minutes of simple work. This is the minimum order total, not an extra call-out charge added to the service prices. We’ll agree the time, address and any longer or more complex work beforehand.
What happens to my files?
Before making changes, we’ll discuss which files to keep and how to back them up. A reinstall that deletes data only goes ahead with your permission.
Do you handle every kind of repair?
I start by checking the model and symptoms. I don’t offer soldering, board repairs or recovery from physically damaged drives. If the job needs specialist equipment or skills, I’ll tell you before we agree any work.
